Faculty and Staff

Tim has a background in music publishing, having served as a staff writer for
Hal Leonard Publishing. Sensing the call toward music ministry, Dr. Waters
left the publishing field to pursue church music. After a short season of
church music ministry in Athens, GA, Tim and Christy Waters followed the call
of God to Tulsa in 1995. Tim served as Music Director of Victory Christian
Center of Tulsa from 1996 to 2003. During that time Tim served as founding
Director of the church's School of Worship. The Waters family has 2 children, David and Hannah.
